Glen Gonzalez joined the company in 2002. At AGE, Glen oversees operations, personnel management and overall profitability of the business. Glen has stewarded the business through its most profitable and growth-oriented period. With a common-sense approach, Glen has overseen a technical and commercial vetting of the business, paving the way for AGE to capture a robust market, while preserving the bottom-line throughout the volatility that is an intrinsic part of the refining sector. Glen also spearheads capital projects as well as acquisitions and relevant financing as AGE continues to grow.
Prior to signing on with AGE, Glen lived and worked in New York City for 15 years where he produced movies, magazines and advertising, and worked in the executive search business. Glen graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
