Solvents & Mineral Spirits Basics

The primary use of this product line is within the agricultural, paint and heavy mechanical industries. Solvents are midrange boiling materials (between jet fuel and diesel), and they are suitable in each application. In fact, they derive properties from each fuel: the jet cut lends cleaning capabilities and water white clarity, and diesel provides solvency and a higher flash point, which in turn creates a safer workplace.

AGE Solvents and Mineral Spirits Features

AGE's variety of finished products have a high purity, which permits controlled applications for uses in many areas, including chemical formulation, metal degreasers, textiles solvents, and herbicidal solvents. In addition, the solvents are used in formulating certain special fuels such as RP-1, JP-5 and others.
